About the site
The very objective for this site is to provide articles about Computer course insights and the experiences that tackles a college life in any Computer studies field.
Here, I will also share the career prospects for these technical courses, how to handle a student's lifestyle in taking up a Computer course, software and tool guides, software usage techniques, and reviews about related device and software products with best deals that are of fundamental for academic, personal or career purposes.
Starting this blog wasn't my perspective of content contribution.
I thought of it as my online source of extra income while taking up my course in college.
But then, after I thought of why people these days rely on getting online answers for their solutions to individual problems, I quite compliment those professional bloggers that have shared legit news and guides that benefit for their audiences' demands and shaped the Internet with a community of fact-giving bodies and its benefactors.
As then I started this blog, I caught up the niche about Computer studies courses. The College of Computer Studies in New Era University, for about the academic year of 2016, consisted of colleges of Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Entertainment and Multimedia Computing, and Library and Information Science.
To attain source of blog topics' information, these scope those courses mentioned and shall aid students, concerned ones, and even professionals from gaining knowledge about interesting facts to memorable experiences that gives nostalgia like the classics.
About the author
Hey there, my name is Jessekiel “Jesse” Ragos, the developer of this site through Blogger. Soon I will be graduating from college with the degree of Computer Science. This was my chosen path for my education and career demands as I had passion for technological insights and programming field. I have thought of developing this site to give users like you with tutorials, setups, facts, and discussions related to Computer studies field, especially to Computer Science. A quote by the late Steve Jobs (he's my 'lodi' or idol) that expresses as
Everybody in this country should know how to program a computer, because it teaches you how to think.
These were in fact true as I've started taking that course. I just realized the concept it brought me to clear out the logic of solving problems through coding. I have also gone through many road bumps of taking this course but that's how college was made to be, face hard times and you earn that professional character to stand with the industry and the society to.
Times I had to spend my own efforts for the progress and betterment of the case studies with my (dependent) group mates were also my advantage to experience as a full stack project worker.
Meeting deadlines were our anxiety as it leads to crammed works that haven't accomplished for a 100% progress completion. Our doomsday (sorry for that critical word) project event was the day of project defense and get to face the board of panelists that will totally critique our works (and of course our contribution).
But then those were part of real-life career and getting to be professional someday for the industry for workforce.
You'll also realize this is your play thing as it became my hobby and developed software projects from spare time so I can cope with advanced learning and train myself to be a better programmer.
I do admit that we also experience depression but we know we shouldn't allow it to agitate our minds or use this as excuse to give up from the goal. But these are unavoidable and have to be lived with strategy and diligence. Being a negative trend of lifestyle, I composed this personal saying to help you lift up to these problems and proceed with your journey:
Depression is an impression of death. Hold on with the Almighty and you'll impress life.
So currently I'm taking up my thesis together with my batch mates. I am a member of our college organization called 'League of Researchers' with the objective to contribute and promote new technical researches and projects to benefit our college and our reputation.
It was our opportunity and we also have participated in our university's annual science fair to present the base prototype and document paper of our thesis that was in progress. Fortunately, our group won for 2nd place in Software category and achieved our plaque of recognition, cash prize, and certificate of recognition.
Hopefully after graduation, I shall seek a career that can shape my skills to solid foundation and widen my capabilities so I can contribute for any company I spare my efforts and achievements to further improve this site with more computer related and technological contents so that you will also achieve your desires in the near future!
If you ever have other queries or topic suggestions, feel free to contact me through my Google+ profile and I will be more than happy to help you out.
All the best,
Jesse Ragos
